What counts as a prompt?
One question you want tracked, e.g. "best CRM for small teams". Each prompt is asked on every engine included in your plan, every scan cycle.
How often do scans run?
Weekly on every plan, automatically, with no action from you.
You can also run scans on demand from the
dashboard or the API, up to a daily allowance that scales with your plan
(4 a day on Starter,
10 on Agency). Scheduled scans are never
affected by that allowance.
Do I need my own API keys?
No. Answer-engine costs are included in the subscription.
Can I change plans later?
Yes — upgrades apply immediately and downgrades take effect at the end of the billing period. Your history is never deleted.
